"Glamping tents and pods close to beach access and clean, spacious shower and toilet facilities. A brief walk through park to cafes, pub and brewery. Will be back. "

No confirmation emsil was sent however we got charged in full we contacted the office they said contact Expefia for a refund we did this and Expedia told us to contact Eden Bay we did again they had to check with manager and would call us back still waiting 5 days. Do not stay there they are unprofessional."

"This is an older hotel but it’s still well maintained, I had my daughter and 2 grandsons stay with me and it suited our needs. Kids loved the spa. Room was clean, maybe under the couch needs checking as we moved it and swept up what was under it. The grounds were exceptionally clean. The communal clothes line was a great idea. Single bed was uncomfortable but the Queen seems better"

"It was filthy inside and outside. Beds were ok Cracks in shower floor. Paint peeling off the walls Spider webs on windows with ripped curtains. Laundry was full of rubbish and filthy. No way could you use the laundry. Towels were all frayed in the bathroom. The woman wanted us to pay cash. We paid half cash and half card. I would never recommend that place and I do not think Hotels.com should. Worth maybe 100.00 a night definately not 649.00 for 3 nights. The saying " You get what you paid for" and we certainly did not get what we paid for. We overpaid by $300.00 "
