"We had a wonderful stay at Quest Dandenong with our family. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Having a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with family. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always welcoming and happy to assist with any questions. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families."

After a chaotic week and some disappointing hotel experiences, their warm welcome and seamless check-in were a lifesaver. The staff, especially the manager, provided exceptional service. We wish we could have stayed longer, as it felt like home. The rooms were always clean, which was particularly important for my husband, who has cancer. A huge thank you to the Nightcap staff!
