The Holiday Inn was in a very good location and close to the Dandenong Mall for shopping, close to eateries and the market. The foyer and dining area is attractive and the rooms were clean and modern. The premises are secure and the onsite parking is good.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean, great amenities, the staff are wonderful and friendly, great breakfast and ample car parking. The only downside is the area the hotel is situated in did not feel safe, especially after dark.
