「Our experience was positive for the most part. The location was within walking distance to campus and downtown and staff were helpful. A few glitches came up-someone parked in my paid parking space and my request for an extra pillow needed to go to a team for a decision but was not solved. I handled both concerns.」

「Absolutely fantastic place, and a wonderful host, simply incredible and the top of my list for rebooking next time.10/10 would recommend!」

「Good」

「Perfect location and property for date night with the wife. With many restaurant options and antique shopping to explore in Depot town it was nice to just walk and relax in a well decorated and clean loft. I suggest that you buy a record from one of the shops and utilize the record player in the loft. Already planning another stay for our next date night!」

「Very cool property, clean and spacious. I was surprised there was no hair dryer and disappointed, although not surprised, that there was no tea. Positive experience overall.」

「Beautiful decor and an excellent location!」

「The room was just as advertised. Perfect location for full center campus access. Had everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again.」

「We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

「Great place to stay. Right in Depot Town. Steps from dinning and shopping.Loved the place.」

「Very convenient in the heart of the campus.」

「nice little stay」

「Great apartment set in Kerrytown. Very clean and has everything you would want in an apartment including a full kitchen. Bathroom was updated and very nice.」

「There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. Most surfaces all over the unit have a fairly thick layer of dust. This cannot be missing a few spots by the cleaning person, this is pure ignorance of the owners. Communication was very...

「Amazing stay! The kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking needs, the entire stay was really cute and well thought out. Jenna was incredibly responsive and kind, and let us know about the fun local events happening in town! We loved the two roll away beds, which we used in the living room to have a better view of the tv, which does sit up rather high on the wall. The bed was comfy and we slept really well, even with the several late night train visits 😂 This was a perfect place to stay for...
