"Great experience, the water in the rooms was not really hot enough for me. But overall I give the hotel a 7/10."

"Did not stay . The lobby was very dirty . They look like they haven’t vacuumed that rug in years. The young lady sitting at the desk, checking in people should have to do some kind of lobby, maintenance, clean the windows vacuum wipe the tables down something.. I went at 2 o’clock seeing if there was any way that I can check in, but she told me she was not allowed to. And then also told me that my check-in was the night before, but I was not getting there until that day because my performance was that day and I didn’t need to come the night before.. I am still trying to figure out how to get a refund for a night. I never stayed there."

"expected better stay with the ratings. bathroom very small. breakfast wasn’t great. would suggest a variety of tea at the coffee station. staff was nice and met needs"

"Room was clean and smelled fresh. I was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. I slept well in the dark room thanks to the blackout curtains. I'm a travel nurse and will be staying here a lot during my 3 months contract at UAB St. Vincent’s. Shopping is very convenient as well."
