"We requested a room facing away from City Road (lower floors can be a bit noisy) and the staff were kind and obliging. We stay quite regularly and find it a consistent and comfortable hotel in a really handy location. "

Be sure to request a room with a view at booking time, otherwise you’ll have a room view with air-con system vents. Ensure you bring your own toothbrush, razor and basics no longer provided. Two sets of lifts; inconvenient for seniors"

"I had a great stay at Meriton Suites Melbourne, the staff interactions were great, the room was spacious and exactly as promoted, and I had a comfortable stay. Would certainly consider staying here again. One small note - due to location of my room I did have quite a bit of noise from systems - buzzing/humming, not other guests or street noise. I believe my room was close to a mechanical room, but I am a bit sensitive to humming noises so it may not have been noticeable to others. "

"Great last minute stay, loved the smokers room, lifts still super slow and small, beds are uncomfortable and linen was itchy. Didn't like that I couldn't adjust shower head as it was in the roof. No air conditioning."
