"It was a nice a nice stay. The only reason I gave staff a 4 was when we checked out the person did not even say boo. Did not ask how our stay was or anything. The night before the female on duty was extremely friendly. Casino is quite smoky and smelly."

"Hotel is in a great location! Super clean and nice. The bed was really low to the ground, so if you have any issues with getting up from low furniture, this is not the place for you. Biggest problem we had was that we didn't fully complete the pre-check in application (even though I received an email that it was complete). Therefore, I never received the necessary codes to enter the building and my room. This delayed us a solid (very stressful) hour. If that hadn't happened, I would have given it 5 stars."
