「Early in the season but pool was needing some TLC. Lots of debris in the water. Shortage of lounge chairs by the pool. Staff was receptive of challenges I had , as far as the TV.」

「The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.」

「They really are helpful staff they went the extra route for my request for a very clean room they had housecleaning stop by everyday changed my sheets everyday and cleaned up I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness of it all . The properties amenities were great clean easily accessible and the customer service was impressive.
