"Room was dirty staff was full of excuses every day and never on the same page management could care less if you have an issue room was patch job with thick paint covering up damage to walls and such drove 15 hours to get here just to have no pool or hot tub for our stay they partially opened one pool which was ice cold and still no hot tub but to mention the nice eye roll when asking for clean room towels “that should be exchanged every day” as well as being told the pool being closed was out of their hands due to contractor availability… that’s not my problem that’s the hotels problem and they should have advertised online that the pool is down till further notice prior to us booking… overall rude manager and staff cleanliness was bad plan plus side… great sunrise view from the balcony with the loose handrail "

"It is a great place to just lay your head but i definitely was not happy that the ac did not work so we had to shut it off and sleep with our balcony door slightly open to get a breeze from the ocean "

"All the rooms have an ocean/pool view. Gorgeous view! If you plan to book at the end of March just know their water slides may not be up and running yet, because they are seasonal. "

"Great place to stay! Was truly paradise. Oceanfront view. Clean, fully usable kitchen. Comfortable beds. Indoor/outdoor pools were heated. Nice hot tub and lazy river. Easy parking on site. "

"Overall it was an average at best experience. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. We were air drying our swim gear on our balcony, only to receive a message saying we could not leave anything unattended on the balcony. Even though many rooms did the exact same thing. The only real good things was the view of the ocean and easy parking. "

"Microwave was not functional- we called to report 3 times, asked in person at the front office and called the booking number and finally got a response 2 days later. The bathroom sink would not drain. The property was very dirty and there was a lot of odor from drug use. The actual rooms do not look at all like the pictures- the kitchen is minimally stocked and did not even have a baking sheet. "
