「Terrible terrible check in process」

「Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...

「The room was amazing but the way they had the dresser left barely any room to get between it and that side of the bed. We had to move it to allow to passage by the bed. But other than that the room was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Recommend and would stay again.」
