「This is a very cute unit situated right on the river, behind the CVS and the College Ave bridge. Super convenient to all that Broad Ripple has to offer. The unit itself is very clean, bedding is very nice and mattresses comfortable! Madeline, the owner is incredibly easy to work with and very cordial. I highly recommend any of her listings!!!」

"Room gets very cold during the winter time because their air conditioning system is malfunctioning, and it’s not only about my room because my two colleagues had exactly the same opinion about their room temperature. And if I tell that to their front desk, then they’ll come and fix it right away but it gets cold again on the next day. I wonder if they’re setting a “timer” or something."
