「My fiance and I were in town while I participated in the Indy mini. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore anything and everything downtown Indy. The 2 bed 2 bathrooms would provide plenty of room for a group of friends to stay jere 」

「I originally sent this a private message to the host expressing my frustrations with our stay, due to noticing he had no reviews and not wanting the first one to be poor but to still give him feedback, however, I have not heard back and have exceeded my patience with dealing with the poor communication for this property and want to make sure other future guests are aware of issues we had with this stay. During our stay the communication was awful with this host to the point I had to call Vrbo to...

「There needed to be some maintenance in different areas, the outside are needed TLC, the one stairway light was not working, but it was clean」

「3rd party verification was cumbersome at best and took too long. One I was "approved" the only issue was that we didn't have a code to enter the lobby of the building. This was resolved with a quick phone call. The space was very clean and everything seemed new. It was very spacious and included all the amenities you would expect. There's nothing walkable other than a hiking trail but the location is good. I would stay here again.」

「The room was great and easy access. Its a short walk from the downtown district and has a full stocked kitchen and parking right outside the door. The drive to Portage beach is less then 10 minutes and there's a great old fashioned drive in Root Beer stand with great food nearby. The only issue was we seemed to run out of hot water when filling the tub ans needed to wait. Other then that. It was a great experience!」
