A little unorthodox for part of a team of youth soccer players and a coach to stay in a property set up more for a cozy get-away but it really worked out well. The only bathroom has no closing door to the main bedroom which is at the front of the flat. You must walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom behind it. "Awesome home! Comfortable bed, plenty of space for my little to run around, and my teenager loved the infinity table and Luna gaming! Shopping and food was super close and downtown Indy was just a short drive! If I had any complaints it would be that we were only given a half roll of toilet paper for the weekend but Meijer was close for us to go get some."

"The school office was the perfect size for the 2 of us. We could not get over the uniqueness and the great idea. Everything was very, very clean. Towels and sheets were bright white and the faint smell of bleach is refreshing. There wasn't much to do or see around the immediate town, but the 2 state parks within 15 minutes were both fantastic. The hosts were great, they left an adorable welcome gift bag and were very quick to communicate."

"Sunny, clean and bright. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well appointed with all kinds of amenities. We attended our son's outdoor sport event on a cold day completed with hail, snow and rain. So happy to come back to the apartment and sat in front of the fireplace in the bedroom to get warmed up. The parking in the back was very convenient and the building is well lite on the outside. Will love to come back and stay for our next visit to Purdue."

"The property is great. Everything is in excellent condition (almost brand new). The only observation I have to make is the noises at any time of the day from the neighbors from the top floor. It would be unfair to blame the neighbors. The way the apartment was built (basement) allowed any noise, dropping stuff, moving chairs, conversations, cleaning, TV watching, laundry, or anything to be heard at our location. "

"The property was a great place to stay in. The only con I would say there is that the upstairs residents park in the middle of both parking spots in front of the property. They did it almost everyday we stayed, with young children it makes it a little hard to park further down the street."

"Bathroom lights were inadequate. The owners brought us bulbs but they didn’t work in the bathroom. There was no soap for the shower, no dishwasher soap and no dish soap. Dishwasher was broken. Beds were comfy but you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other."

"There was no Cable, or WIFI as stated in the listing. There was not running water as stated in the listing. The heating/AC unit was very poor and did not keep the house warm. There was dog hair all over the place, yet the listing stated pet free. There were leaks on the walls with brown streaks running down the walls that had not been tended to. The linens smelled as if they had not been washed. There were dead bugs all over the walls and windows in the bathroom. The bathroom and bedroom windows...

"We loved this house. Convenient to campus and everything we could ever need for our stay. It felt like home."

"The location was great. It felt like you were completely isolated and not in a neighborhood. At first we thought being by the railroad tracks would be a headache but we honestly found it to not be a problem and enjoyed the train horn when it came by. The rules at the end of check out were not lengthy and super easy to do."

"Home had everything we needed. Busy weekend, but we did take a moment to sit out in the private backyard. The simplicity of the home was refreshing and freeing. Beautifully set table looked very inviting. Only recommendations would be hand towel holders in the bathrooms and an end table or two in living room. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to restaurants"
