Loved the pool area. Everyone we passed was so friendly. Apt had everything I needed to cook and even provided coffee so I didn’t have to go out to get any. Def will be back.

Clean and safe. Need more towels. Need more Fobs for entry and elevator use (at least 2). Instructions were cumbersome to read in the app.

Great suite, clean, modern, and in a great area!
Excellent place to stay right across from the event center we were attending. Beautiful suite albeit a bit pricey. Plenty of restaurants to chose from within walking distance and parking in the garage was free. The only wrinkle was the “free parking” was $40. A quick call to customer service and it was decided we would pay the charge to be released from the garage and the fee would be refunded promptly. Less than a week and the refund is on the way. We will stay here again in a heartbeat for the positive experience and the efforts on our behalf to get the parking fee refunded. We highly recommend!

The unit was clean and was in good condition upon arrival. The communication on how to access the unit along with parking pass information was well outlined and easy to follow. The location was safe and gave easy access to restaurants. I was not a fan of the mattress. It was sufficient, but not as supportive as I would have liked. The walls in the unit were thin. You could hear noise from outside of the unit all night. I would recommend having a charging station somewhere within the unit that has USB and USB-C ports. Beware that the owner is strict on the non-refundable policy. We had to leave a day early due to a weather state of emergency and our flights were changed. The owner was not willing to make any exceptions to refund us for the unused day. It was disappointing knowing that the change was due to no fault of our own and we were still charged for the full price of the stay. The owner was fully aware of the storm coming because several times throughout the stay I received text messages instructing me on what to due inside of the unit to prevent the pipes from freezing, none of which were required on the stay policy. We would have been better off staying in a hotel.

Note, this is a self check in property. Had to go to their website and upload credit card info and photo of ID in order to receive check in instructions and access to the property. Inconvenient, given I use Orbitz to avoid these hassles, but not a big deal.
Here is the kicker - they never sent check in instructions. When I arrived, I called from outside the property. They still could not give me instructions on how to access the place while I was sitting outside.
Ultimately, they told me if I wanted to cancel, I could receive a refund. Not many options, since I could not get in. Very inconvenient that I had to find another place last minute. So I canceled. The next day they sent me a note saying that because I canceled less than 24 hours in advance, they would not give refund.
Orbitz was not helpful at all. They also do not stand behind their product and suppliers. They refused refund.
Ultimately, I paid for a night at this property and was never given instructions to access it. Only canceled because they would. It give me a room. Neither company will refund.
I recommend you book somewhere else.
