「Loved this hotel! Great location, friendly staff, and overall a really satisfying experience. I had a relaxing stay. The room was spacious. I used the sofa bed, but since it was placed near the air conditioner’s vent, it was a bit chilly. However, I asked the hotel staff for a blanket, and they kindly provided one, so it was fine. The view from the window faced the building across the street, but if you looked at an angle, you could catch a glimpse of the ocean. Overall, the room was clean,...

「Courteous staff, clean room and bathroom, but Westin is supposed to be known for “heavenly” beds and linens. Mattress in the room needs to be replaced, far from “heavenly” and definitely not worth the US$458/night」

「Room cleaning needs improvement! Tub tiles had mildew which is unacceptable particularly at the price charged for this room. Restaurant service and food were average at best. The bright spots were the location which is excellent and the hotel (not restaurant) staff who were very good.」

「Nice stay in a perfect location with accessible parking.」
