Parking is a bit confusing and not super close. An optional valet service would go a long way. Hotel is totally fine but not a lot of amenities and customer service is very mediocre. Not bad, just nothing extra or special that would make me go “that was nice.”

Rooms are too old condition, exhaust fan inside bathroom doesn’t work. The next door tv noise was transparent. Too old bed soggy and wasn’t able to sleep whole night. Didn’t have all necessary accessories in bathroom. I was supposed to stay three nights but I checked out next morning canceled and booked Sutton Place Hotel, the very best.

Great prices, the beds were super comfy, hotel at night was nice and quiet, convenient to waterfront and casino and dining options. Little older building but overall a lovely stay!
