Very clean and we had a new room but the rest of the building was in total renovation. We should have had a discounted stay. We only found out about the renovations two days before our stay. It will be beautiful though when it’s all done.

Staff very nice. Room very nice but the overall hotel appearance was terrible! I understand that hotel renovations happen but it would have been nice to know that this was happening before booking . The staff were amazing! They handled the fact that there are major renovations still underway (and disruptive if you want to use elevators, sleep past 7am, or keep your curtains open to allow natural light in) more than bearable. They were kind, courteous, positive, and accommodating. When renovations are complete on this property, I would highly recommend.

The hotel is the process of renovation and most of facilities are not available, but they notified me beforehand. The hotel staff is friendly, easy check in and out and helpful advice for our visit. I stayed in a newly renovated suite with great view to the sea. The only feedback to improve is the AC. It looks like a new AC but it was really loud when it started working. It woke me up a couple time during midnight. It would be great to resolve this issue.

I called the hotel to ask I can book a room for my grandson, whose 18. The front desk told me yes. So I booked. When he went to check in, they would not allow him because he’s not 19 years old. Even though we talked to them letting them know how I’ve spoken to someone before booking and still didn’t allow it. We were very mad and frustrated cause our grandson was there by himself. Never again booking with this hotel.

We were informed prior to our arrival that many facilities were unavailable and we were happy to proceed. In lieu of restaurant/coffee shop being ready the property supplied an on- the- run coffee and light refreshment each morning which was really appreciated. All of the staff including construction workers on site were extremely friendly and helpful

This hotel is more a construction site than hotel currently. DON'T stay here until the renovations are completed. Drilling, hammering, etc. starts at 8AM and is relentless.

This was a very central place to stay. We were just very disappointed that Expedia did not tell us that it was under construction and that there was no availability of the pool and area. That was very disappointing for us. We paid the price for all the amenities, but did not receive them.

Bed had a dirty blanket on it and when asked about changing room we were told no very rudely and the front desk fella asked how it was his problem

Great Location

We stayed for 4 nights and found the location to be excellent, walking distance to most attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made it very convenient. Housekeeping came daily to make the beds, empty the garbage, and change the towels, but they did not vacuum the carpet or change the sheets during our stay. Overall, it was a good base for exploring the area, but the cleaning service could use a little improvement.
