"This house was amazing, the owner was very nice and helped us get checked in to the property seamlessly. Our family had to come in for a funeral and all the events took place in Chula Vista and this house was central to everything. "Great and quick responsive host! We loved our stay and was absolutely perfect for our 18 month old. She had a blast with all the toys and very child friendly home. The backyard was fantastic half the family spent hours out there playing basketball and hanging out. It was a perfect stay for us and hope to return on the next trip! "

Parking can be challenging and other residents did not abide to quiet hours. "These people is out to rip people off. They are illegally renting their junk bost in a marina that doesn't allow them to rent for vacations. Nothing was ready for my me and my family. I had to fill up the water on the boat myself, toilet didn't work. There facility toilet is about a quarter miles away. They only gave us one key so if one person leaves no one else can get out.
