"The Haian was amazing - totally checked all the boxes. The room was well appointed & clean - we had an ocean view room with 2 twin beds. We were literally across the street from the beach. The beds were very comfortable & although the hotel mentioned there may be construction noise next door, we didn’t hear it. The inclusive breakfast was outstanding - so many selections from hot foods, made to order noodles, egg station, array of fruit like dragonfruit, guava, etc. and western dishes too. We had a wonderful meal of the northern style combo dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was so reasonable & delicious. The rooftop pool isn’t heated so it was too cold for me to swim in December but other people did take a dip. The pool guy Cuong was so nice & set out pool chairs, towels, drinks, etc. Wow, we felt so taken care of! We had wonderful service at the spa too. Prices are super reasonable & ask for a discount. "

"We are a senior couple traveling independently and chose this place for a short rest in Da Nang. The surroundings were calm, the room comfortable, and the evenings felt very peaceful. The staff were gentle and respectful, allowing us to enjoy our time without interruption. It was a simple, restful stop that fit our travel style perfectly."

"I liked my beach view room with a balcony and king size bed. The beach was easy to access directly across the street. However, it wasn't perfect. For example, there was no shampoo in the shower for the entire stay. Yes, I did bring my own shampoo, but it isn't fun to discover that the provided shampoo bottle is empty after you have already started your shower. The bathtub was deep which is nice for a soak, but it it is a little narrow, almost form fitting, making it awkward to get out of. Self-service laundry was cut-throat and super slow. For example, the timer for the washer showed 2 hours and 5 minutes and the dryer timer was 2 hours and 35 minutes. After putting my laundry in the dryer, ensuring that it was actively working, and taking note of the timer, I left the laundry room. I came back more than an hour before my time was up, and someone had removed my clothes from the dryer and left my wet clothes on the countertop and placed their clothes in the dryer. To access the laundy room, you pay at the front desk. They give you a key, laundry detergent, and softener. I don't understand why the Hilton would opt to put just one washer and one dryer in the self-service laundry at a beachfront location. Breakfast was just ok, especially compared to other Hilton locations. While there were many restaurants and it was quiet, in the future, I would probably stay closer to My Khe."

"A nice hotel, right across from the beach. Dining options in the area are limited, so we ate at the hotel quite often, but their menu and chef were excellent. The gym is well equipped, a nice pool. The breakfast had both western breakfast options as well as asian options. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay right by the beach."
