"We had the most relaxing stay at this hotel. The room was perfect with an incredible ocean view.My wife had an amazing time in the spa and can't thank all the staff enough for looking after us. We what to give a special thanks to Jenny Fiona and Lili. They went about and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to go to Danang this hotel is in a beautiful location and highly recommend 😊"

"Mandila was perfectly located in front of my Khie beach close to a ton of Resturants and amenities. Easy access to anything you would need. Will be coming back next year to stay."

"Reception staff were great, the view from the room was amazing and the location is also really good. However…. - given 200,000vnd credit as an Expedia customer to use at rooftop restaurant. Was not told about the service charge so my drink and tiny snack plate cost more than the voucher! Service up there was also slow and table was not cleared even after 10 minutes of waiting. - another guest (teenager) peed all over the pool floor area whilst I was there. Disgusting. Not the hotel’s fault but I informed them promptly and told them it was a biohazard. Hour later I returned to see if they had closed or cleaned the pool. Still stunk of wee and to my knowledge had not been closed off to guests. - the bathroom space in the room is really awkward. No space for cosmetics by the sink and bath also doesn’t have any space to put your shampoo, conditioner etc. Odd design choices for a 5*. - soundproofing is not good. Can hear every single door slam on the floor I was on (11th). "

"We did not feel like the customer service at the check in counter was good. When we arrived, no one came out to get our luggage. We were on the 11th floor, but could clearly hear the road and below. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The room was warm as tge Aircon didnt work that good."

"I alerted the hotel in January 2026 that we are traveling with my 85 year old mom. They replied stating that they will ensure a smooth check in for my mom. On the day of check in, there’s no elevator access and my mom had to navigate 3 flights of stairs. I was very very upset because of safety concerns for my mom!"
