The staff made you feel very welcome. The room was small but very cozy. Location was excellent, free breakfast was great , spa was amazing, and the staff was exceptional! I would definitely come back and stay at the Peninsula Da Nang.

The hotel has a great location near the beach, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern. Staff are friendly and the facilities like the pool and gym are nice, though sometimes a bit crowded. This is by far the best experience at a hotel I have had internationally. I am from America and felt like the luxury of this hotel was superior to upscale hotels in New York and Los Angeles that I’ve stayed in. The staff here goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for their guests. The managers Toan and Hang are amazing with accommodating us when we needed something as well as checking on us to ensure we were constantly comfortable. Also, An, Nga, Thua, Thuy, Tuan, Huy, Man, Ha, and Kieu will treat you like royalty and are tremendously friendly and kind. This was our first time in Vietnam and when we return to Da Nang, we are 100% returning to the Peninsula!!
