Where do I start location of the hotel is right across the street from the beach perfect location if you love going to the beach staff was excellent. Very helpful. Hotel room. I can just say wow wonderful beautiful views and as far as the restaurant food selection excellent and the afternoon tea was great! highly recommend this location

The staff was amazing. We accidentally dropped a passport inside the built in tabletop but the staff was able to get that out for us in time for our flight. They were understanding and very professional.

We stayed at Hotel M for 3 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay, Hotel M is the whole package - welcoming and friendly employees, delicious food, fantastic coffee and juices. My husband was surprised and elated that they serve Corona beer! We would like to thank all of the employees for their hospitality, assistance, suggestions and making our vacation amazing. We felt at home and looked after the whole time. The Hotel is centrally located, tons of great restaurants walking distance, beach bar Maia is fun, the yellow trailer had amazing juices. The views are breathtaking, especially at night when Da Nang lights up. We highly recommend this Hotel, HOTEL M, for your future stays. Thanks to everyone! We would like to give special gratitude to Trung, Phat, Thuy, Vy, Hai and Hoa for making our stay feel like home❣️

This place is a dump disguised as a 5 star hotel. Showers are grimy with black mold, and the toilet and shower share a sliding door—meaning you can’t use both at once. Windows don’t open, the A/C has a weird smell, and the whole building feels slapped together and in poor condition after recently built in 2024. We stayed in the Green "Suite", big but still grimy. The smug manager clearly doesn't care, and it shows. Only decent thing? The bar across the street. But you get no perks—no priority seating, no room charges. Just another gimmick. Skip this place. At this price, you’re getting scammed. Try the Voco—it’s farther out, but clean, reliable, and Grab makes it easy to get around Da Nang.

The description of the room booked do not match what I received. The first room they gave me didn’t have a desk or view. The second (which matched what I booked) had a view and desk but no bath tub so there was always inconsistencies between what I paid for and received. There also was no smart tv (no streaming or casting available), nothing in the minibar, it wasn’t soundproof and there wasn’t even a phone so if you want room service you have to go down and order it. They made no effort to partially refund the stay after the dishonest listing. Otherwise a super nice place but not the five star experience you would expect for that money in da Nang.

I was first allocated an executive room but needed to move due to external construction noise, which varied depending on the location within the hotel. While the quieter room was appreciated, it felt like a step down in terms of lighting and overall feel, with no real acknowledgment of the downgrade. That said, the hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and easy to deal with, and I would happily stay again. The roof top pool and bar was amazing with beautiful views of Da Nang and the beach.

Es war mehr als schön! Die Lage, die Zimmer, der Pool einfach mega! Das einzige, was nicht cool war, war dass das Wasser die Temperatur nicht halten konnte. Somit war das Duschen unglaublich schwierig für mich mit meinen langen Haaren. Ansonsten ein tolles Hotel mit einem super Frühstück

The architecture and landscape design of this building is absolutely stunning. I stayed at 3 different rooms and each one has a unique interior design and view of the ocean and/or mountains. Staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable.

Too busy and not much hospitality at reception

They let you wait at lobby during chek out say need to check if you use mini bar and stuff. So we wait at lobby for at least 20-30 mins. Only when we ask the recletion lady she realize we were still waiting and say check out was completed. We expect at least you tell me then we don’t have to just wait there

The property was impeccable, modern, clean and comfortable. The views of the city were spectacular, the food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious. However, we were not impressed by how slow the elevators were, the pillows were too soft and we were woken up with a knock on our door at 6am to ask us if we were checking out.
