"Oh my God! This hotel resort is over the top amazing! Our room on the Sky level was amazing. A beautiful ocean view with a large balcony. The room was clean and well appointed. The large solid marble bathtub with an ocean view was particularly appreciated by my wife. The beach and pool areas were awesome. As with everywhere on the resort, the staff was friendly and attentive. We used the free paddle boards and kayaks to cruise around the bay ( super fun). The on site restaurants were great especially the Michelin star French restaurant La Maison. The entire resort is beautiful. Monkeys swing from trees and hang out for us to watch them. They have golf carts and a funicula to move you around the resort…or you can just walk! All resort staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the Concierge. They have a free shuttle to and from Hoi An everyday. We were there three nights, I wish we had booked a few more nights!"

"The overall experience was wonderful. The staff, already from the entrance of the hotel, was very welcoming and caring. We were very well taken cared of by the staff and are very happy with every contact with the staff that we had. The room was very clean and fresh, it looked like the pictures. The pool view from the rooftop was amazing. We loved the fact that the hotel looked like the pictures and of course more once we could experience it ourselves in person. We adored our hotelroom with the sea view, it was so worth the price. We also had a lot of fun our first evening when we could borrow two hotel bicycles for free to explore Da Nang. The breakfast options were also great. As a vegetarian and vegan our options were however a lot more limited. More options please! Some negatives were that the door alarm was stressful, it set off as soon as the door was not properly closed. This is a good thing - however, we had neighbors on our last night of stay that set the alarm off at least 10 times within 2-3 hours in the late evening who also didn't tend to the alarm straight off. It caused us a lot of stress because we really needed to rest to prepare for our flights the next day. There is also only 2 elevators for all guests - sometimes we had to wait some minutes to actually just be able to go down to the lobby or restaurant. Not a big inconvenience but something we noted as compared to another hotel we stayed at with a similar size that had 4 elevators. "

"I alerted the hotel in January 2026 that we are traveling with my 85 year old mom. They replied stating that they will ensure a smooth check in for my mom. On the day of check in, there’s no elevator access and my mom had to navigate 3 flights of stairs. I was very very upset because of safety concerns for my mom!"

"Bedding linens are old, poor quality. Towels are badly frayed, worn out. Food served at daily buffet stay the same throughout the week. Service is slow. Staff is not attentive, too many loud talks among themselves. Refused to issue 2nd key room causing lots of inconvenience. "
