The room was clean; however, it was not spotless, as I noticed a few hairs on the bathroom wall. Some lights in the room didn’t turn on initially, but the issue was fixed promptly. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the buffet was delicious, which left me with a positive overall impression of the hotel. The view from the room was great.

We had a great time at Awaken Hotel Danang. The hotel was well maintained and ran efficiently. The staff were courteous and professional. Every day breakfast was really good with great variety of dishes.
