The breakfast menu contained almost any item typically offered for breakfast and many not typical. It was extensive and delicious. Should you like Indian or Korean food, they had you covered. Only wish there were some pastries / sweets. Room was excellent. Clean and comfortable with an oceanfront view. Staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. Only issues was pool deck, where it was tough to convince them to put out pads on chase lounges.

Staff were all amazing - many stood out especially Tranh the food n beverage manager who was very hospitable - introducing me to Vietnamese breakfast and offering me a coconut coffee that was very generous and kind. The hotel is located very centrally on the beach front The room welcome was very impressive especially the hand written card - little details and the good night Vietnamese treats were special and a nice touch. The staff overall especially the doormen and rooftop bar staff were genuinely kind and good.

This is by far the best experience at a hotel I have had internationally. I am from America and felt like the luxury of this hotel was superior to upscale hotels in New York and Los Angeles that I’ve stayed in. The staff here goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for their guests. The managers Toan and Hang are amazing with accommodating us when we needed something as well as checking on us to ensure we were constantly comfortable. Also, An, Nga, Thua, Thuy, Tuan, Huy, Man, Ha, and Kieu will treat you like royalty and are tremendously friendly and kind. This was our first time in Vietnam and when we return to Da Nang, we are 100% returning to the Peninsula!!
