Overall we enjoyed our stay though we wish it was a little closer to the busy areas as walking to anywhere took a long time and was very hot in the sun. The food was very average but not bad for being included in the price. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.

Amazing view/location for the price. We basically had our own private beach, with how few people used it. Housekeeping, front desk, and restaurant staff were all great. Food was only okay, and there wasn't a bar by the pool as advertised, but I would still definitely book again.

Me and the kids bsolutely loved our stay in Nguyen Gia. The quiet part of town and the absolutely amazing view were the win! The kids loved the swimming pool and we spent the majority of our free time there. The food was spectacular and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Hosts at reception will help with anything. We asked them to book a bus for us as we had trouble finding one after Tet. Also the breakfast is some of the best food I tasted. The pool as well was amazing it's one of the few I have been in that has a shallow and a deeper end (that is actually deep). Thanks for being such great hosts.

Basically satisfied. The front desk helped us solve the transportation problem, and the breakfast also very delicious. It was only on the last night that we were little unhappy when we found there was no shampoo and shower gel when we took a shower.

Such a love hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We went to Da Nang to drop and flop for a few nights. This suited us perfectly for what we wanted. The pool was great, as was the restaurant. Tina spoiled us every time went to the restaurant. There is a beach across the road and the views from the front of the hotel were beautiful. This place is a little way out of the hustle and bustle tourist area, but there are plenty of grab cars (their version of Uber). The hotel is also well situated as far as being picked up for tours. We would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel correct mais pourrait être mieux.

Dans l’ensemble c’est un bon hôtel, la chambre est bien et confortable. Le personnel est agréable. La couette est un peu petite pour la taille du lit, les interrupteurs de la lumière sont juste derrière les oreillers, elle ne sont pas centrés ce qu’il fait que plusieurs fois dans la nuit si on bouge la lumière s’allume avec la pression de l’oreiller. La vue sur la mer est vraiment sur le côté donc pas vraiment une vue dégagée. Le rideau n’est pas assez occultant donc le matin la lumière du jour entre dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très varié, et pas très goutu, donc nous n’y avons pas était le deuxième jour. Il faudrais également préciser que la piscine n’est pas chauffée et qu’elle est vraiment froide ce qui fait que nous n’en avons pas profité. L’eau fournit dans la chambre est une carafe d’eau, donc on ne sais pas si elle provient de bouteilles ou du robinet, donc nous l’avons pas bue.

Ocean views, clean... not much else.

We had a spacious, modern room with a balcony overlooking the ocean, and were offered coffee, tea, and water daily. One reason we chose this hotel was because it wasn't on the main (My Khe) beach, so it would be quieter/less busy. However, there aren't many dining options around, so you'll likely end up at My Khe anyway. The other reason was for the pool: It provided a panoramic view of the ocean while also being covered, which was nice. Unfortunately the freezing temperature of the water coupled with guests being permitted to smoke on the deck (due to the open air design), meant we only used it once. Communication from the staff could have been better. While they noted the breakfast location & hours, they neglected to remind us that it was complimentary for us. Of course, it is our responsibility to remember what's included in our reservation, but it would have been nice. In the end, the buffet breakfast was wholly unappetizing, so it's better that we had our morning meals elsewhere. The lasting impression was being asked to wait upon checking out, while a staff member inspected our room? That is definitely something I've never experienced before. Overall, I'd say you're better off booking a hotel in My Khe with the same view and amenities, for only a fraction more.

I really enjoyed our week long stay at Nguyen Gia. Although it’s further away from the hustle and bustle, I didn’t mind. It was still beach front and beautiful. Can’t beat the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was all very professional and super friendly: the front desk unexpectedly came to our room to delivery a birthday fruit plate for my daughter “because (he) noticed it was her birthday on her passport.” We could easily get a Grab by asking the front desk and it arrived promptly. I would definitely stay here again
