「Very good option for a budget motel. Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water. Like all at this very low price point, there's some wear and tear, but they try very hard and do many small things better than expensive hotels. Breakfast is minimal, but adequate and better than some other extremely low-cost places. Wi-fi not so good, but you can't expect everything at this price.」
「Stayed at a historic double room. The room was not big (TV is small too), but OK since it was expected just as advertized. Would have loved if there's even a tiny table though. Shower was outside and shared, but the room had a bath tub which was good. Wifi worked smoothly and saved us (no Spring coverage around the area). Breakfast was excellent -- so delicious and nice atomosphere. We loved this excellent historic inn.」
「Very well organized. Perfect location for holiday stay. Due to the high elevation, not so hot as elsewhere. Very clean. Air conditioning is old and make a lot of noise. But it is ok. Overall very much satisfied.」
「The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was so quiet there. The hiking trails were within easy walking distance. There weren’t many restaurants nearby, but we enjoyed those we tried. The coffee shop across the street was great and so convenient.」
「On a trip to do family and historical research with my husband. The entire property was quaint, and the interior rooms were spotless. Donna and Rick were wonderful hosts- making delicious breakfasts each morning. Also wonderful to end the day of hiking in the wet conditions in front of a roaring fire in the firepit, ducks in the pond, and crickets and treefrogs singing.」
