Staff was so nice. Rooms, and lobby were pretty clean. Water definitely has an iron issue. Fairly yellow. My biggest complaint was the “heated” indoor pool. Pool water was absolutely freezing, the pool room wasn’t even warm. The whole floor inside the pool room doesn’t seem to have ever been cleaned. Filthy and black. If anything touched the floor, feet, towel, shoes, they would be absolutely filthy. The whole pool area needs a whole shutdown and deep clean. If I know it was that bad we would have bypassed it completely.

Everything was very nice, but it would have been nice to have hooks or bars to hang wet towels, or robes. Also, the curtains didn't close all the way only the sheers and it was a little bright in the morning Other than that it was a very nice stay. They did have a very nice selection for breakfast, bagels, eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, a waffle maker etc

The ladies that work the front desk are very professional and kind. Breakfast was good. But very dissatisfied that the pool is advertised as heated ( whole reason we picked the hotel) and there was nothing heated about it. The water was as cold as ice. Also to found it very sickening that around the pool area was so dirty that it turned the bottom of your feet black. Then it’s very concerning that there is back mold all around the windows were the AC unit is and it makes you wonder how much black mold is being put into the room because of the AC unit. Really think the hotel could use some improvements especially for the prices that are being asked to stay there

Predictably clean and quiet. The friendly, smiling staff. Hot waffles and yogurt in the morning. We keep coming to the place every year, many times a year, to hop to Wisp (30 min drive) and enjoy the perfect snow.
