「The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access.」

「The rooms at the Rocky gap Casino are big which are nice. And the bathrooms are large and nice, the toilets are low, however. The general cleanliness of the room was just mediocre, it could use a dusting and a good vacuuming. Great to have the casino on property. The view the outside and the outdoor accommodations are beautiful.」

「Stayed at a historic double room. The room was not big (TV is small too), but OK since it was expected just as advertized. Would have loved if there's even a tiny table though. Shower was outside and shared, but the room had a bath tub which was good. Wifi worked smoothly and saved us (no Spring coverage around the area). Breakfast was excellent -- so delicious and nice atomosphere. We loved this excellent historic inn.」

「The property is small, which is super nice and I was able to park alongside the cabin. There is a lake on the property that you can fish at. The Indian lake is a private property which was unfortunate and I didn’t know that was the whole reason I wanted to go to this cabin. You can access the marina, but it’s small. There is a fire pit. There were no sheets, no firewood in the picture. I thought there was gonna be sheets so we didn’t bring any. We had to buy some Expedia did not disclose that...

「The hotel was easy to find and located at the Living Treasures Animal Park. You check in at the gift shop. The room is like a cabin and very beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. When we got there our room was very warm, so we lowered the air conditioning. It didn't cool things off, so we went to the office and they sent a lady to help. She said to give it about 20 more minutes. Things still didn't cool off, so they changed our room. That room didn't cool off either. Guests beside...
