「I am disabled, needing a walker. The elevator was broken and I had to climb 2 flights of concrete steps with a walker. I felt incredibly unsafe. The bathtub was gross. It had permanent stains in it. We needed to use the pull out bed for my stepdaughter. The mattress was very stained. I saw the mattress because we had to make our own bed. Again, I am disabled and I had to do this. I contacted Expedia to get at the very least a partial refund. They contacted the hotel and the hotel refused! As a...

「Great stay, check in staff was friendly and helpful, check in was very easy. Room was clean and inviting, ac was on so our room was comfortable. Atrium where the pool is was very nice for families and groups traveling together. The pool was nice and clean with plenty of towels. Rooms are off the atrium and even with a band playing in the lounge our room was very quiet. Great stay.」

「The home is very clean and the area quiet, although the IUP student population was largely gone during our visit. The bedding and linens were high quality. We were visiting for a family event and the property was a nice alternative to a hotel room. We didn't cook, but the kitchen is very nicely remodeled. Many thanks to the hosts for leaving some snacks and cookies!」
