The room needed updating. The floor was stained and dirty. Corners in the bathroom were dirty. The top of the bathroom door peeled off every time you shut the door. The phone was filthy. I did not want to touch it, let alone use it. Expedia should take this hotel off their website

Nothing fancy, but a great place to lay your head if you're a weary traveler on the PA turnpike and looking to save some $$

I do not recommend this hotel at all. I reserved an "upgraded" king room. And it literally was a tiny unkept unclean room with no upgraded features. Nothing about this room made you think "upgraded". The whole place was disgusting too and there were stink bugs everywhere in the room. There were no amenities there wasn't even a phone to call the front desk. You got a basic microwave that took forever to heat your food and refrigerator that practically froze your food. No hair dryer no complimentary shampoo the place was disgusting don't recommend it at all

as a single woman traveling, the two most important requirements are cleanliness and safety. Both of those were met and one of the employees help me find my room.

It’s an average economy hotel. Room could have been cleaner. Day two found a cockroach by the sink.

Room was decent, the bathroom was super tiny. It was loud at night, people yelling in the parking lot at midnight, someone’s dog was yapping in the morning, the parking lot and outside hallways were dirty, tons of cigarette butts. I see why it was the only hotel available.

We reserved a double room with two queen beds but when we arrived they gave us a room that already had someone staying in it. When we went back to the office they said all they had to give us was a small room with one bed. And we were charged for the double room

I had reserved an accessible room, and when we got there, and there was none available, the room was dirty. It looked like they were footprints, dirty footprints on both beds.

The smell of human urine was overwhelming and there was some form of excrement (cat?) behind the bathroom door when we closed it. The place was poorly painted and there were dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom as well as hair. The towels were stained. The door wouldn’t close properly. My kids and I opted to sleep in the car over this hotel. I have never, ever seen a place this bad, and I’ve stayed in some cheap places.

Great staff, very nice and helpful! The room was clean and exactly as pictured. Left our visibly full car in the parking lot overnight and nothing happened.

Good value for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Fernando at the front desk. Very nice and pleasant to talk to. Room was clean and serviceable. Floors are not carpeted, which I like. Carpet is gross in most motels. This was nice. Beds were clean, ac worked well, shower was nice.

Room 201 is large, has a king-size bed, and a side chair. The only thing missing is a small side table for the side chair when you are watching TV

This is definitely not a place to stay with kids. I was disgusted of even stepping in the shower. There was a used face towel hanging over the shower rod the sheets were stained and there were hairs on them. The box spring showed and it was yellow like it has never been replaced. The matress springs were loud. The noise outside made it difficult to sleep. Everything was just dirty and dusty. I only stayed because we were super tired from driving so many hours but felt like germs were walkimg all over me. I was scared to put my baby on the bed. I would never stay there again. The toilet was leaking as well. The parking was fine and the lady that checked me in was very welcoming. But this place can definitely use a good cleaning and remodeling.

Room was clean, equipped with basics. Would have appreciated coffee maker in room; walk to lobby coffee in morning when it’s raining and cold not optimal. No phone in room, but I understood they are upgrading system. Seemed to be plenty of charging outlets.

I was very pleased and surprised with the condition of my room. It was well kept and looks recently renovated in the last few years. The staff was very good, friendly and helpful. However, the outside of the hotel is very unpleasant and not very well kept. The outside of the buildings and grounds needs a good cleaning and repair. The surrounding area of the hotel is not very nice but that is not the hotels fault, therefore making the grounds look better would help.
