"The whole family was very impressed with this beautiful home! There was 9 of us and the home was very comfy & roomy. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. WE all loved sitting out on the back of the deck as it was very relaxing. The game room was great for the whole family. Hot Tub was great as well as the fire pit. "We’d be less disappointed if the AC worked. We were told 3 days before arrival it was out. We were told there was a portable AC unit & fans in bedrooms, & with open windows overnight it would be OK. It was not OK. The 2nd floor areas were consistently over 80 degrees & the 3rd floor was hotter. She said we could move the portable AC unit, but it was too big to carry & needed to be vented out a window. We got no option to cancel. When leaving, we were offered a discount for a return next...
