「We stayed here for a few days at the end of our Disney trip to relax a little. It was my wife, two 13 year olds and a 17 year old and myself and we loved it. Patrick was a fantastic host and we were even able to meet him in person one day while he was in town! He truly wants all his guests to enjoy their stay and even sent me a short video on setting up the beach canopy that was in the closet with the chairs! 「We had a great quick trip, we arrived late as we experienced a flight delay and no issues getting checked in and into our room. Once in the room, everything was expected! The space is great with two separate living areas and two balconies to sit and look at the water. The access to the beach was easy and efficient. Plenty of places to walk to for lunch! The umbrella service was reasonably priced as well! I would stay here again! 」

「The condo was exactly like the listing. The bed was great!! Super comfortable. Condo had everything we needed. The complex was very convenient and the beach was the best. We rented an umbrella and chairs (condo did have some too). Things that might need some attention—The chairs on the balcony are not comfortable at all. The knifes need to be sharpened and there looks to be water damage on the baseboard near the front door. I think the cleaners must have rushed through cleaning the day we...

「Really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, with private beach access and being basically on the middle of the key it was easy to navigate to restaurants using the free Trolley or just driving. There was a small issue with the room being cleaned prior to arrival but the host was very responsive and got it taken care of quickly. The pools on site were always empty, we didn’t end up using them because we were at the beach so much but seemed very clean and well taken care of, if we stayed...
