「Corey Was a premier host. The cottage was perfect for our stay, the little touches he thought of for water and snacks, to local recommendations was an additional perk but the house was in a great neighborhood, close proximity to downtown Nashville and the grand ole Opry. My friend and I enjoyed the homey and relaxed space and would book again. 」

「We had a blast in Nashville. This location in East Nashville was close to five points and downtown. The house was clean and had everything you could need. You can walk to restaurants and a short Uber ride to down town. Communication was excellent. This won’t disappoint.」

「The house, property, and neighborhood were absolutely beautiful. My only complaint would be the parking. We were told we would have 3 spaces in the driveway, but a few times they were full and we had to park behind the house. Maybe marking the parking spaces would be helpful. My other suggestion would be to have more fans/better A/C upstairs as it was very warm up there. The character in the house was so charming. 「Great location for walking! The neighborhood felt very safe. Well-equipped and wonderfully decorated property, it had everything we needed. Denise was extremely responsive and gave us great recommendations for dining and excursions. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area. 」

「No noisy neighbors in a restful setting. It was the perfect accommodation in which to freshen up and relax between our attending a couple of frenetic wedding functions.」

「This house was amazing. Owner was a pleasure to work with even allowed us to check in a couple hours earlier. Quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown. Would stay here again.」

「All linen and bedding was not cleaned. The ceiling fan was not operational. The desk clerk/ staff stated that they will fix it. It never happened during our stay. We were able to hear the noise from the motor vehicle traffic and the tenants above was always moving objects around. The surrounding area was very trashy.」

"The room is spacy enough and clean. There are two units of self laundry machine but no laundry and dry cleaning service. It is not far away from downtown if you use your car or rideshare apps. But I like to avoid the walking in the night from downtown. Breakfast are not hotel grade. They use paper plates and plastic cutleries. Only omlet fits my taste. It is good if you are student or big family who need to save money. If you are on bussiness trip, you should ask your employer to pay more."
