Quaint Cottage close to Vanderbilt and Downtown

The Cottage is full of charm and located in trendy Midtown Nashville, with 13 windows for that light and airy feel and fresh everything! The kitchen has granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher plus washer, and dryer! Bathroom updated with subway tile, fixtures, floor. Both Queen beds with memory foam mattresses, fresh bed linens, blankets, and towels. Smart TV with free Wi-Fi in a spacious family room with sleeper couch; kitchen has everything needed to cook including the coffee pot and tea kettle.

Parking for The Cottage is in a private lot off the back alley. One free parking space is available on-site. We have free parking for 1 or 2 vehicles in a private lot about 2 miles away. We have identified additional street parking options close by on a first-come basis, and we have a free private lot about 2 miles away for any overflow vehicles at one of our other properties.

A great little cottage
This cottage was terrific for our needs, close to our conference, food, and downtown Nashville. A little tricky to find as its behind where GPS takes you. Would definitely stay here if in the area again! Also, perfect location if you are visiting the colleges! Great hosts!

Wonderful cottage
Perfect place to stay for our stay in Nashville. We have a freshman at Vanderbilt and we could walk to his dorm in under 5 minutes. Super close to Hillsboro Village for dining and shopping. We would definitely stay there again!

Husband and I came to Nashville for first time. This was a nice, quiet location but close enough to downtown and Broadway area. Older building so the floors are a little wonky, but the place was clean and comfortable. We did not cook much but there was basic equipment available. There is a washer/dryer in the unit with detergent pods which was helpful. Don't wash clothes when you want to wash tv because it is loud. Easy to get in and out of place with doorpad. Thanks for the lovely stay.

We stayed here for a short vacation. Really enjoyed it! Location was great. Almost anything you would want to visit is going to be a short car ride away. Super quiet for being down town. As other reviews stated elderly/children may need to be extra careful on the stairs. Only small issue is the water pressure in the shower isn’t great although I’m not sure there is anything that can be done about that. Host instructions for parking and entering were clear. We would definitely book again!

My family came to town for a cheerleading competition at Belmont. This location was super convenient for the event and short ride downtown to Broadway. The cottage was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville.
