"The decor was very warm and welcoming....the receptionist was very accommodating. However the fact that homeless are sleeping/storing their things in the corner of the building was very unsettling and the side door was very accessible to anybody to walk in without a key on the first floor...i moved my car in front of building bc i didn't want to come out in the dark with homeless people staying beside the building. "

Staff was so helpful in accommodating our request for connecting rooms by offering a free upgrade for my other party even though they were at full capacity. Room was clean, fully stocked, and user friendly. Would absolutely stay there again when I go back to Nashville. "

"Great hotel and great stay. Senior personnel/manager was fantastic and willing to solve any problems. The manager of the breakfast area, too strict and borderline unfriendly getting all worked up with the free breakfast tickets/passes. Overall, a great hotel. I will stay again soon."
