"I’ve spent my weekend trip at hotel Zena and enjoyed my stay. The staffs are friendly and attentive to my needs. I love the complimentary coffee and water. It is also conveniently located a fee blocks from McPherson Square and Franklin park."

The rooms were clean, but the furniture needed fixing or updating; the shower was outdated; they had no hot water for tea anywhere except the kitchen; and there were no water bottles in the fridge. I'd book here again if I HAD to or everything else was too expensive."
