"The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants as well. I was disappointed in the low number of staff. The people who were there were lovely, but there were not enough people working to help all of the people that needed help. It was disappointing that my bathroom ceiling was leaking, but they did fix it promptly. My in room refrigerator didn’t work and wasted all of the leftovers I brought back, and there’s no microwave, even if it had been edible. The roof restaurant bartender and manager were standouts of my experience. The biggest problem I had was a lack of staff assistance and or the complete lack of luggage carts that has resulted in serious back injury and needing to take time off of work once I returned home. I feel that in about a year hotel Nell will be an incredible experience if they continue to improve."

"Everything was beautiful, we had to get transferred because our room kept who would let us in, better room, but some things were chipping(paint gap in the faucet , overall beautiful hotel, great service from the Staff. And amazing drinks "

"The staff was so kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I got to the site early & everyone helped to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. I like that they have a place to drop bags so I could do what I needed while I waited for my room. I was able to check in about 30 mins before 4pm and I was so grateful to get settled a little bit early. The room was very clean and I felt like I had everything I needed for my stay. The experience was so good, I signed up for a loyalty account. "

"The hotel was a great choice for our one-week stay in Washington. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made our stay especially pleasant. The room was very spacious and offered plenty of storage space, including in the bathroom. The shower worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast: it was varied and the coffee was very good. We especially appreciated that guests could choose real plates and cups—something that is unfortunately not always common in the U.S. The Wi-Fi worked reliably and having access to a free washing machine was another practical bonus. For noise-sensitive people, this hotel is not suitable. On weekends there is a loud club nearby and even otherwise you can occasionally hear noise. Overall, for us it was a very enjoyable stay."

"Parking was easy, but with the people out there smoking weed, you may just get a contact high walking to your room. Cleaning staff had no idea where the check in office was nor if I could get more than 2 towels for for people or if the dirty blankets on both beds could be changed. Wi-Fi... If you wanna call it that... Was spotty at best."
