「The breakfast was not free. $5 for a cup of coffee, and $5 for toast is a little pricy. The hotel was down to one elevator out of three creating long waiting times. I don't like having a gratuity added into my bill. That should be up to the customer. Need additional staff on the beach for food and drink orders. The one server (Gabriel) that was on the beach busted his but trying to keep up. 」

「Very nice but I couldn't tell if you had to pay to go on the beach. What sucked was our room wasn't ready for a bit we went to eat and our room still wasn't ready but the guy working the front desk tried to get us a room on the 1st floor he said there wouldn't have been as good of a view of the beach as the original room we booked but it was still appreciated he tried we did get our room and it was very nice you could see the beach from our room. 「We loved having a one bedroom suite with an ample small kitchen so we could have breakfast and snacks. Beach was gorgeous and we rented a cabana at a very reasonable rate. Staff was very helpful and there were many options for social gatherings. Pool was beautiful and had a bar serving drinks, food and music. Also walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend this resort. We will be sure to stay here again. 」
