"Great place to stay in Singer Island (Riviera Beach). There is plenty of private parking on the two sides. Restaurants are within walking distance and of course the beaches are close as well. The units are updated, clean, with nice showers (plenty of hot water) and updated elongated toilets. They also have a small kitchen. Not big enough to cook large meals, but sufficient for quick vacation meals. The place is very quiet at night."

"Overall was a pleasant stay. Really just paid this price for location and being on the water. We were able to snorkel off the beach there and fish off the dock and it was just a walk over to the boat ramp. We were surprised that we did not have an oven. The rooms were pretty small, but we did not stay in the room much. Only complaint was the room floor felt slimy when we arrived. The owner was very kind. They had a fiesta one of the nights and told the guests we could participate and help ourselves to the food and drinks. The pool was nice. The hotel was very accommodating as we brought our dog. Overall great stay and would recommend."
