Room was not clean at all. Found cockroaches in the shower, shower wasn’t clean- hair and sand in it. Mattress is sitting on the ground and is very dirty. Overall terrible stay. Genuinely the worst place on singer island

Completely inaccurate listing. Booked this for 4 people, 2 adults, 2 kids. Showed up to a one bedroom place with a tiny couch. Called the number and they said there should have been an air mattress in the place. I didn’t sign up for an air mattress. Furthermore, The place smelled terrible. The pics were nothing like what was on Expedia. Finally, I get an email from Expedia asking how I enjoyed the ocean view. There was absolutely no view of the ocean unless one has xray vision through a condo high rise. Unless you are a college kid looking for a tile floor to crash on, don’t waste your money on this place.

The worst part of all is that we rented the place for four people and there was only one bed, with no other furniture and not even enough space to put an air mattress on the floor. It is a very small space just for the bed and another tiny hallway-like area for the kitchen. The bathroom does not have a door, so there is no privacy. My recommendation is to look for another place nearby, because the area is very nice. But not this one. I was at least expecting a refund, which clearly is not going to happen. We had to rent a hotel room for the other two people. This has been the only bad experience I have had with Expedia. I would recommend that you take action regarding this matter. On top of that, it was a nightmare to receive the check-in instructions. I started messaging four hours before and only received a response five minutes before check-in, with the stress of arriving there and not finding anyone to help me because it is a virtual reception. A total disaster!

Room wasn’t available due to water leak. Put me in a smaller room “for the night” but never made the right room available. I had to seek other accommodations. Contact stated they would refund but stopped communicating after I left. Request full refund.

There was a mix up on their end and we ended up getting moved to a different location. It was a place to stay, very dated. Broken refrigerator handle, heating system did not work. And cold water in shower also didn’t work. More like a college apartment and should not be called luxury. We were glad they at least had a place for us to stay but wouldn’t stay again.

This rental appears decent on the outside. It is right behind the ocean condos. Once you get inside it’s bare necessities. We had to flip the breaker in order to turn off fan or AC unit. No communication once checked in. Drug activity and please visit to the property made me feel very unsafe. Stay away.

Adam was vey responsive at first but when I told him the place was dirty had broken glass on floor and had roaches the dishes were dirty and put in the cupboard I got no response but luckily the cleaning lady showed up to verify everything even if it wasn’t for me but the guest in the next room who was having the same issue

We were moved to another property because of the horrible conditions of the first one. This one was better than the other but it was just ok, not luxury in any possible way as they advertirse and show on the descriprions and photos. My family and i had such a dissapointed time after driving for 1 hour and half to find with such a thing.

A nice location just a short walk from the beach and a short dive from the Blue Heron Bridge park and dive site. I highly recommend this place as a reasonably priced location on Singer Island

The adjoining apartment had parties with more than 20 people. My first night they partied until 4am then started back the next morning at 11am. Loud music and people screaming all day and night inside the apartment and in the shared pool. I stayed 2 of 6 nights. We just couldn’t take the sleepless nights. We got another hotel down the street. The owner responded to one of my many messages and never offered a partial refund. My vacation was ruined.

Buyer beware. False advertising. Pictures are actually the Marriott across the street. I rented a place for 3. Upon arrival we were greeted by a heavy smell of cigarette and the noice of an AC working very hard but the temperature was uncomfortable high. We rented a unit for 3 but there is only space for two. No way to accommodate 3. Tried to use the bathroom and a 2 inch cockroach was walking around in the shower. Contacted the phone they sent for the self check in and they promised full refund but now they have declined to send back the $100 they request via cash app

I love the location. Everything is very close, the beach, restaurants, and bars. It's very close to peanut island. The only thing I didn't like much was the front yard. They should keep the patio cleaner. I liked everything else.
