「I reserved this house specifically because of the jacuzzi listed- both in the title and also in the home description. Upon arrival, I realized that the Jacuzzi was empty, I texted to find out why it was unavailable. I was advised that it hadn’t been working for a long time and they were not sure why the listing still showed it as part of one of the features (as they thought the listing had been updated). I asked if they would consider giving me a partial refund since that was the primary reason...

「We really enjoyed our trip. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and very professional. The breakfast had a nice selection and the chef prepared omelets and pancakes were delicious. Our room was very cool and much appreciated with the Florida heat.」
