「You can't go wrong when your stay starts with a compliment of comparison to a celebrity you love. Great front desk staff and quick service, the building was perfect, the kingfish I believe, great view of both the inlet and the ocean as well as access to a hot tub, which we always appreciate! We didn't stay long enough to experience many of the amenities, including any of the scheduled events around the property, but I appreciate cleanliness, quiet, and help of all the staff.」

「It would have been nice if the room had an iron.」

「Gorgeous location…excellent staff.」

「At check in I specifically asked if I could charge the card on file that I used to make the reservation even though I didn’t have the physical card with me, only in my Apple wallet. The girl at the front desk said okay. I check out now and apparently that was not the case. Very upsetting. Additionally charging $48 for valet yesterday meanwhile by mid day the front entrance of the hotel was closed off and you had to wait on the side causing delays.」

「Our room wasn’t cleaned till late pm. Tv was out of service for a day, breakfast service was terrible, had no hot water for hours one day. Hotel didn’t even have coffee in the lobby. Was surprised upon checkout that we were charged $40/day for a resort fee of which I was never told about. That should have been told to me by Expedia !!!」

「For the money we spent. IMHO it was just ok. We've been on much nicer resorts for way cheaper. The front desk people were very nice. There were a few bartenders that were great and a couple that wouldn't get hired by McDonald's. Overall a average rating for the amount of money we spent for 7 days and 6 nights. Do better」
