"Everything exceeded expectations! The property manger was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. The beach views were surreal. I caught my screen-agers putting down their phones and just watching the ocean. My son loved putt-putt and my daughter loved laying by the pool. I loved that the pool was shaded so we could swim for hours without getting too much sun. Having everything stocked was extremely convenient. I especially appreciated the beach towels and shoes being so plentiful and accessible. Having the river access was really unique. It was like its own private beach and sitting on the dock was really cool. While there are natural rock formations on the shoreline in front of the house, we still had plenty of space to access the ocean. I really liked that the beach was not overcrowded. We would see people walking by but no one was setting up camp on the beach anywhere near us. The town had everything we needed. Getting to Publix was very simple and DoorDash was very quick despite it being a beach town during the summer. We enjoyed grilling out one night and it was really cool that everything we needed (but the food of course) was there. A special bonus for me was that we didn't have an extensive to do list before checking out. That was a big relief. As the mother of the group/planner of all our trips, I can easily say this was the most simple and stress-free trip for ME that we've ever had. We can't wait to go back!"

"This is a great property for both ocean and river access. The house was unique in its layout and nicely decorated. The grounds were beautiful with lovely flowers and lots of butterflies. The pool was amazing, and the dog wash station was used every day. My dog loved it! The best thing about the house was all the “extras”. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you could possibly need! From spices, coffee, toiletries, and little gifts hidden in the bedrooms, we didn’t have to bring a thing from home except clothes and food. The only drawback for our family was the overall size of the house. We are a family of 21 adults and teenagers. The house would have been better suited for fewer people or younger children. Overall, we loved it and had a wonderful time enjoying all the amenities!"

"One of our young adult children was overheard talking to a friend on the phone - "Yeah the place is pretty surreal really." Roll out of bed and directly onto the beach for sunrises and beachy activities and then a quick walk along a nicely lit boardwalk through the trees for kayaking and sunsets on the St Lucie intercoastal side. Lounge in the deck jacuzzi tub. Fully stocked kitchen - lacked nothing. Easy access to Publix. Recommend the Oceanographic Society in Stuart for a little off beach activity. Such a wonderful vacation!"

"Stocked to the rafters. We needed sandwich bags….yes, they had them. Couple of tool kits that came in handy. Plenty of towels…..plenty of everything. Not sure there was anything that we needed that they did not have…..in abundance. Check in and especially the checkout were painless. Next time we come to Florida, I’ll look for BHIP properties to book. On a scale of 0-10, it was an 11."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and by far was the best stocked beach house we have ever stayed at. Beautiful sunrises on the beach and sunsets on the shared dock across the street. Absolutely amazing stay, would love to return someday."
