"The condo is beautiful and very well furnished. The view is the best part. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine at night while enjoying the large covered balcony with a direct ocean view. Johnnie was very responsive with any questions we had. We stayed for 2 weeks. Johnnie helped us in securing an additional few days in another unit due to the snow and ice storm at home. "

"Overall the property needs maintenance. Rusty moldings and gates. Pool was in the process of being restored. Art/ hangings in the halls were shabby looking. Our unit had no internet Tv in the bedroom. The unit was clean and properly maintained. Housekeeping properly kept up our room for us. Staff was very pleasant, hospitable and eager to accommodate us and to ensure our stay was pleasant. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves as it was during off peak time. "

"We had hoped for an ocean view. The view was a tiny little view over the top of buildings. We were on the bottom floor which we personally don’t like. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. One could barely open the door without hitting the toilet and by that I mean there was less than half an inch between the door opening and the toilet. The shower was nice except it backed up and took forever to drain. The carpet was nasty with large stains. The beds were nice and comfortable. I expected more of a Marriott property. It did have a nice pool and nice beach access. "
