I had a great experience at this property. Everything was excellent, and I really appreciated the overall quality of the stay. The room, staff, bar, and outdoor pool were all great aspects to highlight. I also liked how the review suggestions covered the most important parts of the experience, making it easy to share helpful feedback with other travelers. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend this property to others.
We are from Miami and drove the 2 hours and let me tell you how we were not disappointed at all. EVERYTHING was perfect. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and felt welcomed. All the staff were very kid, friendly and welcoming. Rooms, pool, food, drinks everything was such a great experience. We really loved this hotel. We told each other that from now on this is going to be our new vacation spot. We recommend this place!!!
My husband and I went there for our anniversary and we had a time!! The property was amazing as well as the staff. It was all inclusive. We ate when we wanted to and how often we wanted. The food was delicious. The whole atmosphere was wonderful. 10 out 10 I recommend!
Our honeymoon was absolutely perfect because of where we chose to stay. We didn’t have to worry about cooking or even paying for drinks. The staff was amazing and we can’t wait to come back next year!!
I enjoyed it very much but being a local I missed out on a lot. I checked in at 4 pm and missed half a day. But food amazing. Staff amazing. Drinks can be a lot better You do feel
Like you on an island somewhere other than Florida I recommend day passes from 7 am -11 pm.
They keep the property maintain and the staff is friendly. Great for a family getaway. The food was really good for al all inclusive. Oh I t the entertainment was too tier. I will definitely go back.
Room was spacious and nice cleaned. Front desk Staff were helpful and very polite.
Buffets have plenty of options for everybody taste.
Very crowded on weekends so if you want a relaxing stay avoid Saturdays and Sundays.
Lot of different activities offered during the all day.
The upgrade of this place was worth the wait, they had activity for the kids as well as for adults, they still the the lounge area inside and outside. And the restaurant update was exceptional. Me and my kids have a blast. I can’t wait until they open the kids side of the resort, it will be great. And the price was not bad too. We end up paying what we usually do for a 5 person family in the past. We are definitely making this our vacation home destination.
From check-in to check-out, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit.
I would especially like to recognize Lellieth at dinner, Sarah at the pool bar, and Katie, who was absolutely awesome! Bryan at the bar was also amazing, and Michael at check-in was very helpful and made the arrival process smooth.
Overall, the customer service was excellent, and these team members definitely helped make my stay enjoyable.
My only concern was the buffet. Unfortunately, the food was not hot, which took away from the dining experience. I hope this can be addressed, as keeping the food at the proper temperature would make the overall experience even better.
Thank you to the team for making my stay memorable!
The resort was perfect for a weekend all inclusive staycation. Staff was friendly and professional. Drinks were great! Food was edible nothing stood out but the taco truck and American food truck was good due to buffet lunch and dinner was the same for the day. Room was spacious and clean. Amenities and activities were fun! Jet ski available for additional cost . Pools were clean and lively with DJ . Definitely enjoyed the stay and would recommend this resort for short staycations!
I like the fact that everything included wasnt low on the quality. The staffs were nice n the atmosphere was great for family. I am planning my next visit there. The only issue i had was there was no small wash cloth.
After my cousin suggested this establishment, I had to do my own research before deciding to book. Of course I landed on a few videos on Tik Tok where Katie one of the employees just captured my interest to wanting to come and see this resort. Check in was a breeze. Huge clean room but the bugs are a pest since the property is surrounded by so much nature. Staff was so friendly and eager to assist. Wish there were more activities and waiters by the adult pool like other resorts. Food wasn’t bad. Arcade was a plus. Music/Djs knew their audience. Will return. Two things that aren’t disclosed when you book on Expedia: deposit required and a nightly parking fee.
Everything was super clean; I love the place—so much so that we’ve been there four times—but on this last visit, there was hardly any variety in the food. Honestly, it didn't compare at all to previous visits, and the service at the buffet was terrible. Also, they were closing the coffee station at 2:00 PM—which hadn't been the case before—and the explanation was that they didn't have enough guests to justify keeping it open and were short-staffed. It’s a real shame that everything has changed so much in such a short time.
