「絢爛豪華なアメリカを代表する素晴らしいホテルです。どこもフォトスポットになる絵に描いたような場所で敷地内にゴルフ場も隣接しており、プールも海沿いにたくさん有り迷うほどです。スタッフ、レストランたまにサービスが良く食事も美味しくとても快適に過ごせました。ぜひ再来したいホテルです。」

「The food is not good and it is terrible overpriced, they add gratuity to everything, the wait staff isnt friendly except for Lot Lot. The bartenders are like robots, dont interact dont smile, like if they were doing you a favor making a drink. The money is guaranteed so why give good service. I think that the service industry is worse when tips are added to the check instead of giving what the service deserves. I used tonlove this hotel. After the last time, I am never going back.」

「The presentation of property and staff were excellent. With that said, the room with 2 beds were doubles and have clear room for queen size beds, which would make the sleeping arrangement way more comfortable for guests. The mattresses were hard. Even the toilet paper was cheap. The restaurants were overpriced, especially when within walking distance you can find just as quality of food for 1/3rd the price. The railing in the courtyards obstructed the view and should be replaced. Needed more...

「The property was freshly renovated, enjoyed the calm and fun deco. The room was large and clean. Staff from check in to cleaning on the hallway were all warm and easy to communicate with. Will be back.」

「Facility was not clean. Service was nonexistent. TV didn’t work. No response from front desk. You HAVE to use valet parking at $42/day plus fees. We thought it was optional. Also, $35/day resort fee. Dirty dishes left in hallways all week. Garbage left in hallways all week. Kids in hot tub with floats. Children’s birthday party using pool all afternoon one day with loud music and confetti left in pool. Very dated hotel that said it was recently renovated. 」
