"An excellent hotel. Very modern building and decor. Very comfortable, large room with great beds. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Only 5 minutes walk from the main railway station."

"Hotel itself is excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are huge and beds are comfy. In room onsen is barely large enough for 2, but still a nice feature. Public spa area was great when we were there. Had the place to ourselves at 7am. Might be less pleasant when busier. Only downside really was that we were only there for one night and it was heaving with rain. As a result, didn’t really do any of the things we planned. One note, and this is mentioned on the website, there is construction happening right across the river from the rooms. It won’t last forever but might be worth checking in the near term if that’s something that might be of concern."

"This hotel was located very close to Chinatown and the train station. It was a short walk to many attractions. I just wish there was laundry service on site."

"Lovely pre cruise stay. My only regret is that I didn't stay for 2 nights as the property is lovely and surrounding area has plenty to see and so with lovely shops."

"The hotel was lovely. The Onsen was gorgeous, with view on the mountains. Everything was well maintained, staff very useful, bus stops are also close to the hôtels if you need to get around and do not have a car. We loved this place"
