「The hotel was very nice and the staff were professional and friendly. Everything was great except for one detail. I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this one have the loudest air conditioning unit I have heard. I had a 10 hour drive the next day and I did get to sleep like I needed. I don’t think I will be using this facility on my return trip.」

「This was the most dismal, bleak hotel I have ever stayed in. VERY basic, aged, worn but the worst part was the front desk staff. The man was okay, somewhat friendly but there was a woman who was present almost all the time. I stayed (unfortunately) 4 nights. She was extremely unfriendly, seemed to have extreme difficulty communicating, didn't make any eye contact and could barely respond in the most basic ways. Appreciate that she has somes sort of issues but perhaps she should have more of a...

「There was dirty socks on back of couch, didn't belong to us. The cleaning lady owner knocked on our door, she doesn't speak English well. Said towels, I stated my husband was in the washroom, she kept repeating and started yelling at me towels, I had to say my husband is having a poop. The man pulled her away. Now you didn't get towels back. Had to go ask for them. Some days had eggs and sausages someday none. There was stains on the couch. No blinds, or curtains, so open blinds open anyone...

「Breakfast was good Room was dusty, outdated. Shower squealed the whole time it was on. TV was TINY and also outdated. Staff was fine - but my room was not what I booked on Expedia. I booked a double bed room and was given a King room in a completely sold out hotel. So no options for a change. Was very disappointed in this. 」
