The fire alarm battery needed replacement and I notified the company responsible for looking after the property but they didn't replace it which meant I had to remove the battery and the smoke alarm was disabled for our entire 7 night stay. We had a bath and when we pulled the plug for the water to drain the bathroom flooded dirty smelly...
